I think that people who weren't online since 1 week have to get kicked out of guild (or they have a good reason e.g. holidays / birthdays etc. ) . First example is PIJOKAS . Why don't you kick him??? He is reported as a ninja and got banned. I said it many times but nothing happens yet. I can't except that people join our guild and leave after 1 week maybe to a other guild or a other server...
