Attending Raids...

I will not be attending anymore raids unless Nenad and Razzle(the rogue)is present. If they leaves in the middle of a raid, I leave with them no matter what. If they are not going, I am not going. I'm not the Guild leader, therefor I will not act like one. I don't know who recruits some of these noobs into our guild, but they need to be tested out before any of them can go to raids with us. I don't care if they have full donor gear and own WoWM8 themselves. If they can't handle a raid and learn to manage aggro, then they don't deserve to be in "Pro Raiders". It's not worth the aggervation for me to lead a raid when everyone is pulling aggro off the main tank and dying. If I have to withdraw from being an officer, I will, because I did not ask to lead raids full of noobs.

Nate, you have full support of the GM(me) and other officers, if u see fit in ANY raid or ANY action thats going around the guild members that are NOOBING around and doing things that are not supposed 2 be done, if u dont wanna search for theirs nobbish name in guild, just type /kick TheirNoobcakeUserName. Just tell us afterwards. You are the authority! Dont be afraid 2 use ur powers. Haha.
